MY CFIDS DR.DOUBLED MY HSV1 MED.THINKING CRANIAL NEURITIS DUE TO HSV. ALSO GAVE ME ANTIBIOTIC IN CASE I DECIDE I HAVE LYME. MY WB TESTS COME BACK NEG. MY NEUROLOGIST DOESN'T OFFER DX, BUT WANTS ME TO TAKE NEURONTIN FOR THE TERRIBLE L.CRANIAL PAIN. SAYS ONLY THING HE KNOWS TO CAUSE L. HYPERACUSIS IS BELL'S PALSY. WHAT TO DO? [LIST] [*]

all I can say is give the antibiotics a whirl. If you feel worse after a few days, it may mean that it's lyme. We call that a "herx" reaction. [the lyme spirochetes are being killed off, which causes this reaction]
For what it's worth....my cousin was dxd with CFS and i was dxd with FM....We both found out we actually had Lyme.
Get at the SOURCE of your problem!
