I have a few names but you'd really be better off communicating with someone from Texas like 'Lymetoo'. See if you can contact her - she'll know better than I. Also, contact support groups in Texas. They should have a recent list of doctors and recommendations.
There's a link on the upper left side of this page for Support Groups. Click on 'United States', then on 'Texas'. They're listed by state and usually include an email address and phone number for a contact person.
In the meantime, I'll send you a few names to look at - check your private messages.
