sendng you a pm with more details but don't forget me--I'm a native utahn, and someday might have to move back that way too.
and as to moving back to Utah, it may not be the best for LLMDs-at all, but in other ways, work, family support, it may be a choice for some of us, to help with our health
and you're less likely to get infected again (although they are there--and i can even tell you areas I've seen ticks) Anyway, back to SLC, the Fibro Fatigue Clinics have an office there and you could find them in the yellow pages, They are doing all types of abx treatment and were upfront on the phone as was their CEO via an email so feel O.K. posting this. They may be worth checking out.
SLC does have amajor airport, with cheap flights to places like the Bay Area--just a bit over an hour flight. Another thought should you make this move
I'll send you a p.m. with other thoughts.
Best of luck.
and send me a post if you make the move, We could do coffee!

Hey, Gambler, check back on the replies to that PM you sent me,okay.
I see an LL-N-D that is overseen by a Dr., I am trying to reach another individual as well, who was asking about Drs in one of the states you mentioned.
I spoke to the folks at my Team NN Drs/Naturopaths office.
We have a *Dr. here in Idaho, a *Duckter, who is learning about LD. I wouldn't have been able to get soem of my meds otherwise. But our Idaho Ducktor isn't an LLMD.
