I'm looking for the names of one or more LL neurologists. I was treated for Lyme with IV antibiotics after postive Lyme tests. Symptoms improved greatly - however they have returned 3 mos. after treatment and neuro is now saying I have MS.
I don't want to educate/fight my neuro on the correct dx or treatment - looking for a neuro who is LL.

welcome 10,
EDITED! there are NO ll NEUROLOGISTS that show up on my lists, so you have 2 choices:
1... the day crew coming on who live in your area can share their expertise on who you need!
2. Go to SUPPORT GROUPS found in left-hand column, by country, then by state! Check 1st page to see where the various groups are located for your state. CLICK on link closest to you.
Read carefully if support group leader wants you to call them or EMAIL! Many are very sick themselves; so be patient in getting a response from them. Thanks!
SUPPORT GROUPS .... LYME FOR ``YOUR'' STATE! See below!! 8-j9-07
You might be interested in joining IowaLyme (or whatever state they are in) and then give the URL which is
All are set up the same way with the state name and lyme run together as one word, except for 4 states which have a hyphen between the statename and lyme, e.g. southcarolina-lyme. Those states are SC, WY, ND, SD.
These were set up by Calif. Phyllis Mervine, s.g. leader; thx Phyllis!
i'm sending you 1 private message, pm:

My suggestion is to forget the neuro and find a LLMD in the area. There are many, but you may need to wait to see one. Many are not taking new patients at this time, others have long waits, but there are some you can get into see who are good ones.
