Hi,
I am 42 years old was diagnosed with CFS about 2 years ago after going through a year of various tests (incl. Lymes which came out negative both times) and my doc not being able to figure out what was wrong with me.

I am currently taking 1000 mcg. of Vit. B12 (after going through the wkly/mo. injections as my levels were low), 2 tabs. of 0.1 mg of Fludrocortisone (as my body is messed up and doesn't absorb vitamins and minerals correctly?), and 20 mg of Cymbalta (I was on 40 mg. but was so tired so had to decrease it and now I have more pain) for pain management, as well as depression, and limiting my activities to preserve my energy for work.

Despite all of this, I'm now in the process of losing my job at Yale because I miss alot of work due to having zero energy or mental capacity to perform my job, and on top of that I'm starting to experience alot more pain in all areas of my body (fibro?). I've also already exceeded my FMLA time and no longer qualify.

Alot of people say that I don't have CFS, but instead I have Lymes and I need to be tested by a specialist at any other place than Yale as they do not do the right tests to detect it and I'm starting to agree with them. So, to rule out that I do or do not have Lymes, can someone please advise me a good Lyme Disease Specialist in CT?

Thanks for your help and for hearing me out.
T.
