My husband was just diagnosed last month and is on antibiotics. He is seeing and ID who is not a specialist. We're worried about how long he's had lymes b/c he's had several ticks embedded in him over the past few years. He is an avid hunter, fisher, and a surveyors assistant. He is outdoors all the time and in the mountains in PA. It took several tests to receive a positive diagnosis even though we were insisting that it was lymes. We need to find a dr. that can help us with where he is in the lyme process, what steps do we take...and so on. If anyone can help please do...THanks!
