Chiropractic Neurologist Ted Carrick, DC, PhD. has learned firsthand that a music CD entitled, "Nolwenn," by the female French singer, Nolwenn Leroy, can help calm the brains of some children.

It was not the particular song that did the trick, but the artist's voice.

Dr. Carrick travels the world finding new kinds of help for the brain for both children and adults.

He has written the book, "Neurophysiological Implications in Learning." [Not sure if this is a textbook or not for Chiropractic Neurologists???]

His website is; www.carrickinstitute.com

Evidently, Nolwenn CD is a recent discovery as no information about it appears on his website.

But, if you click on "About Us", there is the transcript of Waking up the Brain: Amazing Adjustments which appeared in 1999 on PBS. You can purchase the video from PBS if you're interested.

Dr. Carrick does not see patients. The Carrick Institute offers a study program for chiropracters wishing to study Clinical Neurology.

As for the Nolwenn CD, I haven't purchased this CD yet. If any of you have positive results, please post. I'd love to hear about it.

I think Amazon.com offers it for $26.49 [IMPORT].

I realize this is not a new concept, but wanted to pass the information along to anyone it might help.

Best Wishes,
Jan
