I appreciate all your happy birthday wishes. Things are getting better.

Spent last Sunday night vomiting. I was so weak I could not stand or walk.

Ended up in the ER Monday a.m. Still couldn't stand; was too weak. Result: cracked rib from being lifted out of the car.

Spent Tuesday a.m. with the trots and was pretty sure I had picked up a bladder infection from being catheterized in the hospital.

Wednesday my daughter came down with the virus and yesterday my son fell victim.

I am better now. Fever's gone and I have Levaquin for infection.

FUNNY THING: Haven't taken Flagyl since last Sunday a.m. So many LD symptoms are gone now. Proof positive to me that how I've been feeling for the last 14 months is in fact one giant herx.

Hope no one else gets this virus. It was wicked. [toilet]

Glad that you are feeling better.

I had that wicked virus...horrible. Be careful because it is known to wax and wane and once you think its gone it comes back.

Get plenty of rest.

Monica, you have really had a rough time. I hope it goes better from now on.

After taking Flagyl and sticking with it even if I felt horrible, I, too, found that I felt so much better when I stopped. I think Flagyl was really working the whole time I took it and did lots of good.

You would have to pay me big money to go back on it though.
