This bottle of wine went into our Osso Bucco today.

"Herrlich" means "superb, delicious, wonderful, ..."
"Trocken" means "Dry"

I must say, it was the best Herx I ever had!

I want a bottle just to put on my wine rack that never gets used, right next to the bottle of Grateful Dead wine that I bought back in the 80's or 90's.....

deadhead wine + herxheimer wine, ought to be some party.
