Maybe this has been discussed already:

Wouldn't it be possible to install an automatic message to the email address of the owner of a mailbox when it is full?

This would avoid all these messages asking people to empty their mailboxes.

Don't want to open another one of these threads.
In case you read this: Micul - your mailbox is full!

Hi Gabrielle. Sorry, I just cleaned out my mailbox. I had no idea that it was full. There really should be an automatic notice sent to someone so that they are alerted! Thanks.

Looks like it's not possible. This is the answer I got from Jenifer.

I looked into this for you. I don't think this is possible with the version LymeNet has. Sorry!

now don't hit me over the head please,

but please spend 5-10 minutes daily in your inboxes DELETING; and you won't get full!

again, save the messages in your HOME IN BOX file folder naming whatever you prefer; mine is lymenet friends, and all go in there i want to keep.

my file folders total is 200; so by putting ALL lymenet pms in there; i have more room for other things. i MAX it out constantly! so i have to keep deciding which file folders to eliminate to start new ones.

just passing along what works for me. i've come close to 59 messages being in there when i hadn't deleted all the WELCOME newbie greetings i send out twice daily. [Big Grin] [Wink]

sorry to hear that an automatic message can't be generated according to the software of our system. I guess we will have to be more attentive to our mailboxes and spend some extra time editing our boxes, Bummer!!!!!
