HI all.. This is what i hav been doing to reverse my reaction to the petroleum distillate fume reactions. And some things I have learned. I read & look for answers.

WHeat grass...it balances your bodies pH.

If you are to acidic from your diet or stress or mayother things.. it upsets the balance & creates excess cortisol internally. Not what you want to happen !! It throws of the bodies pH.
*************************************************
Positive thoughts & Love turn it aroud to release more DHEA also.

Wheat Grass supplies chlorophyll to the body. You can look it up in the Yahoo search box by typing in Wheat Grass.

Sweet Wheat is a good brand ot buy if you decide to. It needs to be consumed daily for 90 days to see good benefits.
I use frozen forrm in 6 oz. containers & take one in mornng & one later.

I was getting a crease in my left ear lobe. symptom o heart problems brewing.. I read where s man took it & the crease disappeared. Mine is nearly gone. I have always had good blood pressure & heart. I also take 60 mg CoQ-10 ,, it assures a steady heart beat & supplies energy to the heart.
************************************************

A heart specialist worth reading is Dr. Matthias Rath. at www.rath-research.org or type Dr. MAtthais Rath inthe Yahoo search box. He also is a Cancer specialist.. and sets things straight information-wise. He has 2 small booklets ot ..one on cancer & one on the Heart. I urge you to read them.

HE tells exact vitamins & nutrients to take for specific heart issues. & found how to stop cancer...nutritionally . Very basic.
***********************************************

R-Lipoic ACid.. key anti-oxidant you must have to stop cancer & virus from penetrating your cell walls & to generate repairs. Not expensive.
*************************************************
Some medications help & others do not.. some are graded from palcebo reslts & not accurate but lobbyied to get them approved, sadly.

The body needs live enzymes & minerals to repair itself.

ANY temp . above 118 degrees via cooking KILLS them! Our country is deficient & the soil is deficient in nutrients & over processed foods are making us ill on top of the insects getting us!

Hydrolyzed cooking oils cancel enzymes utilizing them...avoid Canola oil, use olive oil, cocoanut oil or better yet.. grape seed oil that is not affected by any temp for some reason.! Eat raw foods as much as possible & fruits. ANd plenty of good spring water ... NOT fluoridated!

Taking meds long term is a crutch & once you realise this, your liver will change for the better!!! It will keep you from getting worse!

I am thankful I have only what I do from lyme.. Maybe what I have found out will help some one here.

Hello LindaJ,

I see you are doing your home-work, thanks so much for sharing.

Pieces of the puzzle may be small but together we can overcome.

Keep praying and smiling. God love you.

I pray for all our recovery.

Thanks for posting this Linda.

I just had some blood tests done and my doc was very surprised, I had went from an Acid to Alkaline. But I have changed my diet severly in the last few years.

I do eat alot of raw veggies, and take coconut oil and many many many herbs everyday.

Also my DHEA levels were very high! I don't know if that good or not. Doc didn't say anything about them.

But my pituitary/adrenal was off the chart.... He did give me something to bring it down. So basically my brain is going in overdrive, or producing to much hormones. Hmmmmm no wonder... [Wink]

My doc gave me N-10 Pitiutary Plus

It helps balance enrocrine hormone levels (thyroid) My brain was sorta having a hicupp and keep prducing more and more T4 even though it wasn't needed. It went from 0.90 to 19.57

Its a dropper and I put 10 drops under my tongue twice a day. I haven't noticed a difference in any behavior (yet) but I know that the thyroid hormones take about 2 weeks to leve out once you start on them.

I'm glad what your taking is working for you, I will have to look into it further to see if its something I need.

Just read it---- It looks like it has alot good ingrediants in it. I may have to get some.

BTW - Rages have alot to do with having lyme, that got better for me after I started taking abx.
