Oh My-what a wonderfully long long list. Definitely something I am going to print out.

On Halloween-Gluten Free is the priority-especially with so many choices.

My daughter is going to love this!

Thanks,
Carol

Carol, Glad you found this useful-I had you in mind when I posted this- allowable goodies were extremely important to my daughter when she started [Smile]

Sorry Lymetoo! Live it up & have a few pre-surgery treats. Wish you the best with that btw-

Lymetoo-
If you ate just one snack size candy bar-it doesn't even count on the guilt scale.

If you eat four of them, THEN it counts...
I recommend at least 2-as a nice compromise! [Wink]

****The graemlins are finally working for me [woohoo]

Another lesson learned the hard way.

I have been sugar free for a while now.

But it's Halloween.

I ate 6 pieces-actually crammed them in my mouth.
Couldn't get the wrappers off fast enough.

And got sick as a lymie. Headache, nauseous, weak. And I had to get Carolyn to her LLMD appointment with Ande's on my breath!

I conked out in the waiting room. Had some really good ZZZZZZ's. Managed to revive by the time we got called back.

I didn't fess up. But LLMD stressed NO CANE SUGAR. I should have stopped reading when you told us to. [bonk]

As soon as I got home I threw the rest of the package away! [Eek!]
Now that's sick-throwing chocolate away.

I gave Carolyn the list and dropped her off at a church youth group. No trick or treating-but I'm sure there will be candy available.

Oh well, Live and Learn.
Cobby

Geez, Carol.. Andes breath!!! Good thing you didn't get pulled over... [Big Grin]

Yep-feel like a low-life now for posting that list! (though it did contain a warning so I am not legally liable!)

Last year at this time I tried to abstain from all holiday candy because my tongue kept turning yeasty white while on doxy. Now that I can eat it- I don't crave it as much, with the exception of "healthy" peanut M&M's.

A little piece of dark chocolate helped to take the edge off when I needed a fix. I repeat "little!"

It was a regular size...not snack. If it were snack sized, I'd have to buy a whole bag full!!! [Eek!] [Eek!]

We never have any trick or treaters here. I don't know if it's not allowed or what.

Sure spoils all the fun.... [shake] But saves me from buying candy I'll be wanting to EAT! [Roll Eyes]

I take full responsibility. I read the warning.

My original plan was to sort through Carolyn's candy stash-thinking she'd have a pillowcase full.

I panicked when she informed me she was NOT going to trick or treat. Then I noticed the Andes on sale, and well-one thing led to another.

The upside of this whole affair is that I now equate Andes with poison. [puke]

So thanks-just another effing learning experience.

Cobby
