Such a headache today......
even the computer is difficult to do...... [dizzy]

I am sooooooooooo tired of trying to be my own detective of what's going on with me.....

am I herxing......?
is it something else??
should I call my doctor?
Is it going to get any worse??

Its soooo frustrating....and scarey....and I just can't explain it to anyone else but you guys what today is like for me....

I have to just take a deap breath......
say to myself.....this to shall pass.....

but it just gets so scarey....the pain.....the unknown...... [confused]

I know it could be worse .....for me.....
but the fear of the pain getting so bad sometimes paralyses me......

maybe I'm due for a cry......maybe a little pity party for myself.....

but that will only make my headache worse!! [Roll Eyes]

thanks for listening.....
hope someone out there is having a better day!!

Mtree,

Sorry you are feling so bad! Does Tylenol or Ibuprophin do anything for your headaches?

I have headaches EVERY day all day and nothing helps them. I get some relief from a tube sock filled w/rice and then heated in the micro. I lay it all over my head and neck.

It brings some relief. Hope you feel better!

Awwwwww. That really sucks. I hope you start to feel better soon [group hug] . I used to get head aches, but I don't really anymore. I've had one for the past few days though, and am worried mine are coming back. [loco]
