Forum order has been restored, and the "blank message" issue has been solved by rebuilding the "stat files" in UBB.
We are close to an upgrade of the UBB forum software from 6.5 to 6.7, which will be a stepping stone to a more major upgrade to the new UBB.threads product.
This is currently being tested in a virtual environment and will be rolled out once we get all the kinks worked out and it is of production quality.
Thanks for everyone's patience as we struggle through this...
