LYME DISEASE

An ache in my head that won't go away,
So I turn it to God, hit my knees and pray.
Sometimes the answers don't come as quick as I think they should,
But nomatter how hurtful my head,God is always good.
The pain may not stop when I want it to,
Somedays it's hard just to get through.
I have faith that healed I am,
I will not succumb to the enemy's plan.
Aching legs, and a pounding head,
But I'll praise God for my health instead.
I'm not saying that everyday, I'm strong,
Sometimes I find it hard to hold on.
Sometimes I feel bad for myself and want to cry all day,
But that's no way to live life, and that's not the right way.
You may not have physical pain, but we all hurt just the same.
So when the pain's so bad that you think you're going down,
Just press in and keep taking ground.
Because one day all of this pain will pass away,
And you'll be glad that in faith, you did stay.
It got you through the hardest times,
It kept a song in your heart and the words in your rhymes.
So I'll praise God through the pain,
Because no matter what else comes, His love remains the same.

Just something I wrote when I needed a pick me up. God is good and lyme can be beaten. God bless you all

Hope you don't mind I copied and pasted and spaced it so I could read it. Hoping it helps others read it too.

Well done. It does get better.

Dani,

Thank you for sharing that. You did a beautiful job.

I agree that faith in God is the ultimate therapy.

Thanks everyone for reading it. Writing is

always been how I get things out, and it has

helped me deal with the lyme as well. I'm

sorry about the spacing I will start remembering

to do that for you all. [Smile]
