Is there a list to help these people who do not
realize they are going to get sicker before they
get better? There are many things they can do to
prepare such as have meals ready to eat for when
they cannot get out of bed to cook. ETC.
Esp. for those that do not have anyone to support
it is vital they know they need to do this.
Micowave meals, frozen dinners, pop the can
meals. Anyone got this?

2 helpful hints I haven't seen listed before is
finding a grocery store and a pharmacy that
deliver, BEFORE you get worse.
