Maddog,

That is such an inexcusable lack of professional
conduct.

I'm very sorry and I can understand why you are so mad.

Have you spoken to any of these people yet?

Did they fail to return the reports or did the reports not get to where they should have?

md, well, glad you found out something WHY you were turned down.

now pursue keebler's comments above! that's one thing i found out. if you don't have the NAME/STATION NO. of whoever is handling your ssdi claim by DDS staff, your paperwork does NOT get to the right people!!

so do touch base w/lawyer, psycho/psychiatrist and get copies from them of what they DID submit or DIDN'T submit.

if your lawyer was negligent and didn't get info in by dds' deadline. i'd be tempted to FIRE them, and send copies of your letter firing him to:

lawyer,
your local ss office,
DDS office handling your claim,
and the SS HQ in virginia or is maryland...i get them mixed up.

i'd be ticked off royally too. in my own 2 claims, i found info my lawyer never got to dds either!!

i did better on my own after my lawyer of almost 4 full years quit me.

Tomorow I call ss and ask for dates and times the reports were ask for,and coppies of the forms sent.

Then i get another lawyer to sue the one that droped the ball.

And at the very least file a complaint with the ohio barr association.

I will find out who in the psychologist office did not get the forms to my psychologist and request them to be fired.

I ask my psychologist every time i had an office call if she received any request for info from SS,she allways said no.

MADDOG Who could loose his home because other people were lazy and didn't do their job.Or didn't return forms so they would get more money lator on the apeal to the judge.

Hi Gang,I found out that the psysical address to my mental health clinic and the mailing address are different.

The ofice lady at my clinic told SS twice the proper address to send the forms to. SS never got it right.

So none of my mental problems got figured into my determination.

I WOULD HAVE WONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maddog, it's not over...or at least I don't THINK it is.

My hubby is an ALJ, and I will ask him if an appeal can contain information left out of a determination. He'll know.

I am certain there is a right to appeal, and also I think you'll be given the total amount missed during the process. That's what I've seen happen.

I'll talk to him and get back to you. Hang in there.
