Just my opinion...I really do not want to step on ANYONES toes...

but lately I've seen post of people saying---dont post "here" dont post "there" ...why is this here....why isnt it there???

I think we are ALL just trying to do the best we can...

It seems like sometimes the post might start as medical then get off the trail per say...but I still find them interesting and informative (which is why were all here--right)?

If a thread gets off topic some and you don't like it then just quit reading it..thats what I do.

PLEASE everyone, lets try to get along...there is enough distension from outside the "lyme community" we dont need it from within...whether we like it or not we are ALL a "member" of this wonderful group of elite "lymies" ): ....kinda one big family.

And, I to feel the moderators do a great job...they take the time to deal with all this crap.

Like, I said...I dont want to offend anyone...just my oponion (:

Peace,

Karen

One of the concerns is that if you clutter up Medical with other stuff, then important medical questions can end up on page 2 where no one sees them.

We can't post jokes and stuff there when there is a better forum to put them in.

Don't let it worry you though!! I'm not worried!! [Smile]

I agree with you concerning the jokes etc...I hadnt seen those I've just seen the one where they start off as medical etc and then get off the beaten trail alittle (:.

The ones that start off with a question and then additional questions come up that people end up answering... thats what I meant..

Yeah lets leave the jokes and "stuff" in other places

I don't think it's a problem if it digresses. That is VERY normal with us lymies!!!

Thanks, Karen. I've been on strike as far as moving posts goes. [Smile]

Lymetoo is right. Stuff on LYME gets buried in Medical. Some of the other issues should be in General. Some things in General should be in Off Topic.

It's not "demotion" to have a post moved, it's organization. Like rearranging your pantry to find things more easily. Or, I like the description someone once gave, it's like an art museum moving around the paintings.

And, just so you know, moving posts is easy, but it's time consuming. It takes longer to move a post than to edit one .... it takes the computer some time to process it.

I have no problem with the reorganization stuff or moving threads. I've just gotten in the practice of checking several places for threads I might want to read.
