When I get close to running out of my supplements

and choice of antibiotic(freeze dried garlic),I start to wig,panic,freak just a wee bit.

Anyone else? It's almost like an obsession until I get more supplys.

I feel like an addict. I know I just fear having to start over if I miss a day.

Sometimes, it is good to take a day off - or even a week. Rotation is also helpful.

I do the same thing. In fact, the supplements that I feel are the most important I have two or three extra bottles of.

I start to panic when I get down to one bottle. I think it is because I feel so desperate to get well.

joalo... I also will have two or three bottles of my best supplements and when I am on my last bottle thats when the panic hits.

My daily regiment of vitamins, I have a 6 month supply.

It's all my other things I get concerned with.
