I've been asked to give a brief presentation about Lyme to a group of ecologists. Does anyone have any ppt slides that they've already made and would give me permission to share? I've been given just a few days to prepare.

Thanks!

Wondering if LDA, TTC, or CALDA may have slides and/or literature they can send/share in time for you?

Just put a note to Nat'l Cap Lyme. I have some LDA brochures/pamphlets to pass out, but no ptt's yet.

Thanks for the TTC idea! I hadn't thought about that.

I'm with "Smiles" - you would do best to contact ILADS, the LDA, TTC Fd. and CALDA for the official word. They likely have educational materials just waiting for you.

They may even have someone in your area on a Speakers' Bureau of sorts. Maybe from your state LDA?

I see you already contacted TTC - so here are other links for you:

California Lyme Disease Association (CALDA) is a non-profit corporation acting as the central voice for all tick-borne disease issues. An excellent website for anyone in any state.

An example of what might help (with ILADS/Dr. B's permission) - note that this is two years old:

We have many posted on www.lymefriends.org in Discussions, if you go to Discussions and click on it, saved at the top are all the powerpoints from the last two University of New Haven conferences. These are the powerpoints of many famous ILADs docs, etc.
