Ok, I know aerobic exercice is forbidden but for the sake of the experience, I have decided that jogging wuld help my lymphatic system move toxins a bit and maybe flush some out... So I run for about 6 minutes, normal speed, under the sun... After those 6 minutes, i estaimated that for a first jogg, it wa enough.. as soon as I stopped and started walking, I felt my heart racing like crazy, then I started gettng dizzy , feeling my ears clogged, and i had to lay on the ground... After few minutes, I felt better and got up, and continued with stretching and some muscular exercice... Anyway, From this experience I know exactly what's this exercise intolerance... I felt I was going to faint... However, now I feel much better, and this whole session seemed to have helped my mood. So here are my questions: - what if, i decide to do that every day? Will it kill me? -If aerobic exercice is supposed to help a sluggish lymphatic system, why is it forbidden for us? -I actually noticed that for the first time in more than a year, i was sweating after this jogging, so , can it be both god and bad? Thanks a lot for sharing your exeperience on this subject.

Well, I can tell you that I bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I was doing the basic level for about a week when I started to have a flare. I know it was a flare because I wasn't taking any meds at the time. Maybe it was good for me, but it sure didn't feel that way.
Now, I just take really long walks. Usually 2-3 miles. And I speed walk usually. I haven't had any problems with doing this yet.

Thx tiffagoo, I actually wonder if the flare you are talking about could be considered a herx? Maybe it does cause pain and increases symptoms but maybe it has its benefits...?

When I have tried jogging in the past, I feel fine during the session, however a few hours later I feel over-sensitized and have a hard time sleeping that night...
Before this, I could run 20miles a week
so depressing

I actually think this should have stayed in the medical questions section since they are asking if this exercise is bad for their health or not.
Anyhow...I think if you were at the point where you had to lay on the ground I think that is not good. There are many of us that have exercise intolerance which means that our bodies have an abnormal and poor reaction to exercise.
It is great that you felt good afterwards but you want to be careful not to do yourself more harm than good.
If you want to exercise I would say to scale things back or do some other form of exercise. Stretching and weights are supposed to be ok for us since they are not aerobic exercises.
Also there are other ways of helping the lymphatic system. I know dry brushing is one of them and others get lymphatic massages. I am sure there are other ways too.
It is definitely up to you but I worry about the reaction that you had with almost passing out and having to lay on the ground. That doesn't sound good to me.
Definitely be careful.
Take Care! Pam :-)

Me too! I used to be a serious athlete (Runner). I started exercising little by little. So for several months I would walk for an hour, then I would add yoga a few times a week (for another few months), then i added in weight lifting (for another few months), etc. So this week I ran (slow-- 10 min pace), for 1 mile, then walked a bit, then did another 10 min mile. Then I stopped.
GO SLOW. Start jogging slow for a small amount of time, then walk. Give yourself a break so your heart rate comes down, because that is the part that will stress your immune system.

thanks everyone for your help and generous advice. I will go slow... I do add some stretching and weigh lifting but running is the challenge...I still do not understand what happens that could be bad for us...If it stimulates the immune system, it should be good, if our heart is healthy, it should be ok... what is wrong with our body to be so intolerant to aerobic exercice...? ffff:-(
