Today we had an appointment with my daughter's LLMD in Wisconsin and he informed us that he is being investigated and threatened with license revocation.

After Dr. H fell to the licensing board earlier this year, imediately following his demise Dr. M received his letter in the mail that he, too, was being taken to task for practicing quackery.

He has hired a lawyer out of New York who is representing nine other physicians in similar situations as Dr. M and these physicians in turn have picked up the guantlet and are in turn suing the licensing board (Authur Thexton) for illegal practices.

If you google Aurthur Thexton you will find that he has stated back in 2003 that he would put all integrative, alternative, physicians out of business...that he does not posess any medical training whatsoever and was dismissed, with cause, from his former police position.

This is serious stuff...one mans' misguided attack is in motion...picking off one by one the very doctor's that have saved so many lives...he saved my daughter's.

Dr. M after receiving his notice in the mail...went home and had a heart attack and nearly died...he has just returned to work and has decided to fight instead of retire.

Just to let you know that this will cost him his livelyhood I would suspect...it will cost untold thousands to fight this but he is BACK and willing to do this for you and me.

I just wanted you to know that he could of walked away from this horrendous situation and quietly retired...but instead overcame the heart attack...hired a top-notch lawyer and is going to the trenches for his and ALL lyme patients.

He is one hell of a man.

I don't understand why Thexton still has a job with the state of WI. He has been abusing his authority for years. What is wrong with the state that they can't find better qualified people for this work?

I don't know who Dr. H is but he's in my thoughts today. I'm so encouraged just to read about his plight and yet he's willing to put it all on the line. What a courageous individual!

Thank-you everyone for kind words. For those who pray...I think it is time for divine intervention and I am serious.

Why the heck does the state Medical Board listen to this guy??!! This is unreal! They should sue the pants off of this guy, bankrupt him in the process, so he stops this abuse!

I pray that this turns out well and soon. But I do know that these things take time and lots of $$. This is unreal.

There is so much corruption, and yes, I believe that prayer is needed.

Thank God, Dr. Phil came forward.
