I just received a call that the LLMD I was scheduled for next Feb. had a cancellation for next week.
I am on doxy now- and am so thankful to the Lord for this appt opening up.
Bb and whatever else is in me...I have been reading about all of you guys on here and your fight-
I am arming myself as best as I can. Thank you for your posts on this forum to help us new to this ....I am not even sure what to call it, name it, other than I hate it so much, and how it has hurt so many...
I pray and hope I can weather what is about to come- with the Lord's help I can do "all" things through Him, who strengthens me.
I just need to keep reminding myself...

Good luck and be sure to update us on the appointment.
Be sure to have a list of current symptoms to share with the doc.
Also, if possible it is good for a family member or friend to go with you and sit in on the appointment.
Take copies of any recent bloodwork -- last 6 months or so so you will not need to repeat testing that has been done before.
And if the doc suggests additional testing -- ask them to prioritize things so you can do the tests as you can afford them. Not everything needs to be done all at once.

Saying a prayer for a productive LLMD appt for you and strength and healing in the days ahead.

If my insurance will cover allergy testing locally do you think I could just wait and have it done locally? This LLMD doesnt do injections but I think he does troches, sublingual..do LLMD's usually do similar tests, I.e. prick tests, pollen, grass, etc.?
But the paperwork did talk about allergy testing..

My LLMD does not do allergy testing, so I'm not sure if others do.
I had delayed food allergy testing (sensitivities) before I went to a LLMD and that helped me pinpoint foods to avoid.
I don't have seasonal allergies.
You can talk with your LLMD about this and see if he plans to do it or if you need to see an allergy Dr.
