Happy December. I view each month as a new start; some days just blend into others, so turning my 'I Love Lucy' calendar over makes me smile.

What is your wish for yourself this December? Dream big. It could be anything material or intangible. What is your fondest desire? ( We all want better health, so be specific, serious, silly, spontaneous.)

Hmmm. My wish is for enough stamina to travel the few hours to Chicago to go to the Christkindlmarkt with my family. Take in the music, the decorations, eat a schnitzel and pretzel, and buy an ornament.

What's your wildest wish?

Dreaming? I want to go where the weather suits my clothes!

I had to get a hat with side flaps that go down across my ears because it is so cold here! I even wear it inside at the dinner table cause I am freezing!

The only problem is people start laughing when they see me coming! Did I mention it has a big penguin face on it?

[lol]

You can get your own penguin hat at the link below if you'd like, but I'm warning you...

Stay away from mine!

I would like to be able to walk well enough to do my own shopping again. Way better than getting your two front teeth!!!

and .. I want to move back to Texas. ASAP.

PS.. it was warm here today too.. high 70's but I still want to go back to Texas. We just can't decide where to go or how to accomplish it.

Payne, did you get a stocking with a giant orange, some nuts in their shells, and mittens?

Tincup, I'm jealous of your hat. I have gloves that are open at the ends (for my arthritis) that my kids refer to as my homeless gloves.

I miss the smell of pine, too, but I don't miss the hives from the real trees.

TC...that hat is fun!

OK Laying here with my eyes closed trying to think of wishes:

1. A comfortable, reliable, vehicle that transports my power chair. I have a 93 Nissan PF that is comfortable and so far reliable....but I stay close to home...I'd like to travel.

2. So, I also would need a trailer or something easy to use to go camping.

3. I'd like to have enough funds to go to the grocery store all month and be OK.

4. I'd like an LLMD and be able to get the meds/supps suggested

5. I'd like to be able to pay for help with household chores, etc while I heal.

6. I'd like to rent a shampooer and pay someone to clean the carpets.

7. I'd like a good, lightweight, vacuum

8. I'd like to have enough money to fill my gas tank several times a month if needed instead of just once a month.

9. I'd like to have money in the bank

10. I'd like to get the car serviced...a tune up etc that has not been done since I got it in 2007..not sure when it was last done

11. I'd like a Christmas tree that has the pine scent...but would need someone to deliver it and decorate it and take it down.

12. Got to stop. My left arm is hurting too much.
