I am having another painful goofy sx.

You know how carpal tunnel pulls on the tendon thru the middle of the hand.

Well what do you call it when its the same only closer to the pinky side along the outside of the wrist.

NOTHING seems to help. Cant seem to find a stretch that helps, massage, or pressure point release.

Cant get comfortable even sleeping is hard.

Such a little thing can be so silly miserable.

Wondering if my old wrist splints would help

Any other ideas? causes cures fixes or improvements

What are you taking for inflammation? Any supplements or meds?

Try the splints.

I had some bad herx last night after using a rife machine. It felt like all the muscles and tentonds in my upper back were stretched and tight, I couldn't sleep. Neuo twitches all over too as well as drilling pains. It also gave me a headache. I got up and took diclofenac 50mg. It really helped. Its an anti-inflammatory typically prescribed for people with arthritis. Its over the counter in Mexico, where I first used it on a recommendation from a doctor there for pain ibuprofen didnt touch on a different issue.

No pain this morning.

It is the best pain med I've ever used, even above narcotics. I used Tramadol a couple of times and it gave me seizures and I ended up in the hospital!!! In the US diclofenac is prescription. When you get it make sure they give you generic, about half the price, from walmart

Clunk, clunk, clunk.... That's the sound my broken record is making.

Might want to try a chiropractor?
