I took neurontin to slerp and after CALM it worked. Bu i found while i was sleeping i was dtruggling to list all my pains and where they were and how to fix them

It was a nightmare but when i woke up i hurt in all the places

So far i have takenmany supps and my ibu, fish oil and curcumin and had a long hot shower

What scares me the most is very tight lungs with no cough

Thats why i took the shower...and i took musinex

All i can think of todo is go to ocean and breathe but i am so tired

I guessi should eat protein and take temp and bp

Sorry Kayak. I know that going over lists thing when sort of sleeping. That's what happens to me with Valium.

Isn't the ocean wonderful for all that ails you? Even if you still ache all over it just makes everything better.

I find the Epsom baths help a lot. I hope you start feeling better. I totally get what you mean. A while ago I realized that "normal" people don't hurt all the time.

Sending hugs your way! I am so sorry you are hurting so much.

I know it can be so overwhelming, I feel the same way-just keep at it. And I pray you can make it to the ocean...I miss the ocean...breathe some good moist salt air for me..

I'll be praying for you!

So sorry you're having a rough time and so much pain, lp. I hope you have a better night tonight. Try thinking about the ocean before you go to sleep. May it fill your dreams with air and serenity.

I don't think your mitochondria are very happy.
They need oxygen, blood sugar, vitamins and minerals to make energy for the cells.

What is your temperature.
What is your blood pressure and heart rate.
Your lungs feel tight...how many breaths per minute are you taking.

Increase your fish oil...aim for 2000 mg of EPA daily.
It's okay to take in one dose daily.

Increase your magnesium a bit.
You need Vitamin D3 for the magnesium to absorb.
Take Boron 3 mg daily to help keep the kidneys from filtering out too much magnesium.

I'm taking CoEnzyme Q10, 200 mg daily.
I take it with the fish oil and Vitamin D3, as CoQ10 and D3 need fats to absorb.
When I ran out of CoQ10 I noticed the fatigue increased.
iHerb.com has a good deal on it.

I've been taking systemic enzymes for a long time now, usually Wobenzym.
It decreases inflammation and pain.
When I stop, headaches and pain increase.

I stopped taking Motrin/Ibuprophen when I got gastritis from it.
I've been taking Excedrin, which has tylenol, aspirin and caffeine, except when I go to bed, when I just take tylenol.

I've begun taking angelica and corydalis for pain also, alternating with Excedrin.

Using a salt pipe might be easier than driving to the ocean.
It's a tube with dry salt crystals, and when you breathe in, the air picks up salt ions.

Look for salt inhaler or salt pipe at Amazon.com.
The salt ions decrease inflammation and kill bacteria and viruses.
People here who've used it said that they didn't need as much medication for asthma any more.

ok carol-i am at keyboard

I don't think your mitochondria are very happy.

I AGREE

They need oxygen, blood sugar, vitamins and minerals to make energy for the cells.

I FEEL LIKE THEY NEED GOOD QUALITY COQ10 BUT I ONLY HAVE JUNK FROM THE DRUG STORE

What is your temperature.

98-NORMAL IS 96-97.7 BUT DOCS WONT AGREE I HAVE A FEVER...I DONT FEEL FEVERISH

What is your blood pressure and heart rate.
BORDERLINE HIGH-NOT REALLY HIGH-BUT THIS HAPPENS WHEN I TAKE GUAIFENESIN

Your lungs feel tight...how many breaths per minute are you taking.

I DONT KNOW...I DONT THINK I HAVE A CLOCK TO MEASURE...UNLESS I DO A WHOLE MINUTE. I GUESS I CAN DO THAT LATER. BUT I AM SOB AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF STANDING BUT NOT WHEN AT REST.

AND LAST NIGHT I HEARD MYSELF WHEEZING.

Increase your fish oil...aim for 2000 mg of EPA daily.
It's okay to take in one dose daily.

I TAKE 6000...3000 IN MORNING ...3000 AT NIGHT

Increase your magnesium a bit.
You need Vitamin D3 for the magnesium to absorb.

I TAKE 5000 D3
THE CALM I AM TAKING IS GIVING ME PRETTY BAD DIARRHEA-I DONT THINK I SHOULD INCREASE IT-IM GOING EVERY 2 HRS SOMETIMES HAVE TO GET UP AT NIGHT AND IM LOSING WEIGHT AND PRIMARY IS FREAKING OUT ABOUT IT

Take Boron 3 mg daily to help keep the kidneys from filtering out too much magnesium.

OK-I WROTE THAT DOWN. I HAVE NEVER TAKEN IT UNLESS IT IS IN MULTI

When I ran out of CoQ10 I noticed the fatigue increased.

ME TOO...BUT I LIKE GOOD QUALITY...IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE TO ME. THE JUNK I GOT AT PHARMACY SMELLS LIKE SULFUR AND ISNT GIVING ME ENERGY BACK
iHerb.com has a good deal on it.

I've been taking systemic enzymes for a long time now, usually Wobenzym.
It decreases inflammation and pain.
When I stop, headaches and pain increase.

I HAVE TRIED IN THE PAST AND COULDNT CUZ OF REFLUX...I WISH I COULD

I stopped taking Motrin/Ibuprophen when I got gastritis from it. I've been taking Excedrin, which has tylenol, aspirin and caffeine, except when I go to bed, when I just take tylenol.

I TAKE IBU-IT WORKS-I STAY AWAY FROM THE OTHERS YOU MENTION...I DONT THINK YOU SHOULD MIX THEM--IVE HEARD IT MAKES LIVER /KIDNEY PROBLEMS

I've begun taking angelica and corydalis for pain also, alternating with Excedrin.

IM MAKING A LIST OF NEW HERBS FOR PAIN...THOSE ARE NEW TO ME...I HAVE TO CUT DOWN AND START OVER ONE AT A TIME CUZ I AM SO MESSED UP

Using a salt pipe might be easier than driving to the ocean.
It's a tube with dry salt crystals, and when you breathe in, the air picks up salt ions.

OH NO!!!! I LOVE THE OCEAN...MORE THAN THE AIR...BUT MY KIDS DID EXPLAIN ABOUT THE IONS...I JUST HAVE TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING IT

Look for salt inhaler or salt pipe at Amazon.com.
The salt ions decrease inflammation and kill bacteria and viruses.
People here who've used it said that they didn't need as much medication for asthma any more.

OK-MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE ONE FOR WINTER...

carol-thank you so much for caring and writing soooo much. i really appreciate it.
