For anyone having an especially bad day please check out the link/video below.

It always brings tears and a smile to my face.

There are many shades of suffering and we are not as alone as we think. This is a brilliant yet simple video....Does not matter what your suffering stems from so please do not be put off because it comes from a benzo w/d board - still relevant to all who suffer.

You could probably find the video on youtube as well.

I know! I use it as my daily "chant" on those sort of days. Yesterday I played it over and over....Glad you liked it!

Guess I was a lucky one I took xanax everyday for over 2 years and had no trouble getting off it, no withdrawals but feel for those who do.

I am back on them now, since lyme and they have been a good drug to help on those bad days.

Tks. will use the video too.
