I made these pancakes tonight and they were delicious. Being on a gluten, dairy, starch free Paleo diet is hard so I was thrilled when I found this recipe.

Did you use maple syrup on top?
I can't bring myself to buy any,

every time I flip the bottle over and read 50 grams of sugar per tablespoon or 2, I nearly pass out.

But I could eat these plain, no problem, yum.

Yes I did. Maple syrup is fine once in awhile especially grade b.
