Wow my feet and lower legs are barking louder than ever today.

Extra strength Excedrin helps a little,,,,too little

Feels like I ran a marathon.

Seems they are getting worse all the time.

Doesnt help they are flatter than flat and "4-E" wide

What do you do to keep your dogs from barking so loudly???

Elevate elevate elevate. When you're at home, try to keep your feet higher than your torso.

There's a really great Chinese muscle rub called "Wood Lok" it works like a hot dam.

Also another rub called "White Flower"

For work you could pick up Watkins Pain Relieving Spray.

I keep a bottle on my desk and spray what hurts. It's getting to the point some of my coworkers come in for it when they have sore parts now, it works so good.

Epsom salt soaks.

A massage to move the lymph and fluid from your feet up your legs.

Swimming. Or at least walking in water waist deep. The water will move the lymph around and get the joints moving without any impact.

And Bartonella treatment.

Treating bart(the first time around) got rid of my plantar fascitis and Achilles tendinopathy. (2 other misdiagnoses, haha)

Good luck. [group hug]

Even just your feet in Epsom salts will help.

I experienced Fred Flinstone/Barney Rubble feet this week- it hurts.

I scrubbed my feet with a loofah ( dry brush) and soaked them
in water, helped a bit.

Ouch! Sorry!!

ugh...wondering if some kind of support hose/socks I use to see at the old pharmacy would help.

I use to purchase intense muscle spray at the old pharmacy..I now purchase it on line.

I'lld try and do a search later to see if Ican find it for you.

I get it at a place down the hill on line...but guessing there is a place closer to you

Icy Hot might feel good and give some relief. Ice packs?

Massaging and elevating and taking extra magnesium are all good too.

If this is a new occurrence maybe you should talk to your doctor.
