It's very interesting that Blue Cross provides "major funding" for Second Opinion.
Also interesting that Steere emphasizes more than once that this boy's infection was a "localized" infection (to his knee). He claims that in late stage lyme disease, the disease is "fairly localized." If it originally started in his one elbow, then moved to his other elbow, and then his one knee, it doesn't sound very localized anymore.
There are some truth tidbits... but so much hogwash! The panel was definitely staged.
A good follow-up to watch is Dr. Smith's testimony before the PA legislature.

I did think that Dr. Carolyn Britton (Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology from Columbia University Medical Center) had some good input.
She is the only one that actually seemed to be using her head and didn't just repeat and hold to the typical rhetoric.
