things are happening here. you know what I live with.
since my fall have suffered from many headaches or some kind of cervical whatever. stress is through the roof.
soooo my sister is having knee replacement surgery and needs somebody to care for her. also for reasons she desperately needs a housekeeper. she describes her house as an outhouse. long story..
but I'm leaving the 8th or 9th of september and will be staying either weeks or months.
can't take it anymore.

Sounds rough either way! I hope you get some relief from things at home and begin to feel better! Don't overdo it!
So you're flying, I hope?

- You say your sister " needs somebody to care for her. also for reasons she desperately needs a housekeeper." (end quote)
Especially that the "care for her" sounds like she will need actual body support / transfer and won't be able to support her own weight . . .
Are you going to help her find that help - and maybe someone to help you, too? Maybe some can be done by phone before you get there.
With your bulging discs, this is not something you can do. You need help, yourself. Getting away can be good just be very clear that you will need to orchestrate lifting even of your own luggage. It's all possible just takes some planning.
Moral support, practical arranging of physical help, yeah, but those discs in your neck require very specific tending. Not to keep you home just to be sure you don't put ANY pressure on your neck, at all.
The kind of fall / injury you have experienced, likely for the next 6 months to a year, your body will need to be tended with extra precautions so it has a chance to heal. A physical therapist should be able to clarify just was is and is not okay to even think about.
I'm not suggesting you not go, just that you cannot be the caregiver unless you want to risk permanent damage to your cervical vertebrae. Go, but to heal alongside of her. -

oh shes having a physical therapist come in. other sister has already changed locks and they're pacing up the people's stuff and getting it out of house.
she invited people in and then they wouldnt leave. trashed house, stole...its a mess...even cleaned out all her food...long story short version.
I'll be doing light stuff.
