I can now bench about 300 pounds, would like to be around 400, like my old former self.
No matter how much ya lift, workout, ****ing doesn't matter with this disease. Still got arthritis in joints and other symptoms!
Soon as I get off antibiotics, my shoulders flare up.
Being off antibiotics for 6 months wasn't the greatest idea, some of the bacteria traveled up from my hands to my shoulders... Those last remaining persister cells are impossible to finish off.
This is one sinister disease!
Wish CZ-99 would hit the market sooner, progression with standard antibiotics is sh!t
90% there.... Trying to hold a full time job down with Lyme just isn't feasible, flare ups, dizziness from antibiotics....

I am with you on this. But the downside is that people see you doing things and assume you must be OK. So, courage is not always appreciated or rewarded.
