Not at all to discount or diminish those who are faced with this, just that there is far more to the media blitz than we might be told.

Interesting article of many facets. And many tips on how to avoid mosquitoes - and dangerous chemicals.

Experts Admit Zika Threat Fraud

By Dr. Mercola - June 07, 2016

Top experts admit the risk of Zika virus becoming widespread and regularly transmitted in the U.S. is "near zero." So why are U.S. public health agencies sounding the Zika alarm even though there's no fire? . . . .

I think it's fraud...

Someone said Zika is a RESULT of a vaccine they were giving to people in Brazil.

They are blaming everything on the virus to cover up what they did.

Big chem companies want to make more money.

With global warming we could very well see ZIKA in the US soon. We HAVE those types of mosquitos, so it's possible.

What we need to all remember isthat we are in an arms race with bacteria and viruses. Like anything else, they can change and become more virulent. HIV is a zoonotic disease from primates, who get SIV. Things change.

Lyme disease seems to be spreading faster and affecting people worse. What I find abhorant is how quick congress was to pledge money for ZIKA, though it's only been diagnosed here by people who traveled and caught it elsewhere, and they won't pledge money for Lyme...something we have here that us sickening people?!?!

I can't speculate on what's going on h Brazil and why it's the perfect storm. I do t think it's anything to do with vaccines, given that Brazil isn't the only country in the world to get vaccinated. But they do have banned pesticides, GM mosquitos... Who knows how the ZIKA virus could change in that soup.

Here's Really Where Zika Mosquitoes Are Likely In The U.S.

By Michaeleen Doucleff - NPR - June 13, 2016

[Map] . . . Counties where Aedes aegypti was reported between Jan. 1, 1995, and March 2016. Counties in yellow recorded one year of A. aegypti being present; those shown in orange recorded two years; and those shown in red, three or more years.

Article excerpt:

. . . On Thursday, CDC scientists published another mosquito map for the U.S. And it paints a very different picture.

The new map shows counties in which scientists, over the past two decades, have collected Aedes aegypti mosquitoes — the type of insect thought to be spreading Zika in Latin American and the Caribbean.

"The new map is more accurate than the initial one," says Thomas Scott, an entomologist at the University of California, Davis. "The distribution of the A. aegypti mosquito is much more restricted than the initial map showed." . . . .

Neko .. It's vaccines we don't have. I can't remember what I read when all this first got started. They probably took it off the internet by now.

True that right now there is no vaccine for Zika. They are working on it, though. My only hope is that vaccines would leave out the neurotoxic adjuvants / additives and make other common sense changes in how we approach this matter. We do not need a vaccine for every infection in the world.

There are many article links here to the many things we can do to help protect ourselves from various mosquito born illness: such as connecting with a naturopahic physician who specializing in tropical medicine, etc.

When anyone says "nothing can be done to treat a virus" . . . that is not true. Not true at all. Move on to those who are educated in this area.

And don't forget that this part of Brazil is where the first genetically modified MOSQUITOES were released.

According to the CDC....

Yulk, yulk, yulk...

This past year in the USA (approx. August 2015 to August 2016) there have been 29 cases of locally transmitted Zika reported. All were in Florida.

There have been 2,487 Zika cases reported (confirmed by lab testing) from ALL US states (continental) and all of those are reported to be travel related.

Additionally, there were sexual contacts of the original cases recorded (22) and or cases in unborn babies. One lab transmission case was also recorded.

In US Territories approx. 9,000 cases have been reported.

THAT SAID....

If the CDC wasn't so loathed by so many for their perceived corrupt actions, horrendously bad judgement, money-grubbing, lying, and lousy work ethics, we could depend on what they say to be at least close to the truth.

FAT CHANCE!

There is a vastly greater chance of getting Lyme and cos than Zika. It is sickening.
