According to Dr B's "Advanced Topics In Lyme Disease; Diagnostic Guidelines For Lyme and Tick Borne Illnesses"
page 31 and 32

"Despite antibiotic treatments, patients will NOT return to normal unless they exercise. It is a fact that a properly executed exercise program can actually go beyond the antibiotics in helping to clear the symptoms and maintain a remission.

1. No ICE or electrical stimulation
2. Aerobic (vigorous) exercise NOT allowed
3. Each session should last 1 hour
4. Exercise NO more than every other day-never 2 days in a row.

If anyone has more FREE coupons or deals to be had, please feel free to add.

Find out in advance what the cleaning protocol is for the equipment - if harsh chemicals, it might be best to avoid and do a home exercise routine.

If eco-friendly chemicals, still, and they are sprayed in the air by customers here and there, that stuff is not good to be breathed in by anyone, either and some can still be smelly.

Question in addition to safety is do they work?

You can call ahead for the product names and then look on Environmental Working Group for the safety of the products:

www.ewg.org/

Do they have fresh air circulation on the ventilation system? Some of the off-gas issues with the equipment padding, vinyl, etc. also important.
