I didn't see the whole paper, but the case was probably detected in Brazil: Author information [5 authors are from Brazil] 1 1 Department of Medicine, University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Campinas, Brazil. 2 2 Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, California.
I am not saying that this paper has no value, but I wonder if researchers and doctors in the US might dismiss it before even reading it because of its origin.
