Merry Christmas!🎄
This week you might be dashing through the snow or enjoying holiday food with your family. Perhaps some last minute shopping or cleaning.
Tell us about your exercise.
I skipped church due to another headache.
Felt better this afternoon and went for a short walk. Sunny and warming up here. Will be 50 midweek!! Guess I won’t be wearing my Christmas sweaters.
Did a load of laundry.
Made blueberry muffins to take to my mom. She also has celiac so they are gluten free.
Have a wonderful week!

Sorry to hear that you had another headache. Not fun at all!!
We had church and went out to eat, then took a nap. No exercise yet!! LOL
Trying to get myself motivated to do my Christmas letter. At least I found my addressed labels. Whew. I knew I had made an extra set last year.
I also need to do an article for our church newsletter. It will be about Operation Christmas Child.
We were richly blessed this week by our church and church friends. They are always so generous.
God's blessings ... They are there!!

I did my shoulder and balance exercises.
Went to recycling center.
Went to chiropractor.
Talked to ENT’s nurse. No sinus infection but he is still recommending surgery. I will go for a consult in a few weeks.
Headache not nearly as severe today. Part of headaches might be due to a supplement with too much iodine. Will stop that and see what happens.

Hi everyone! Thanks Hiker for getting us going this week!
No exercise since November when I went on vacay. I didn't rent a car so I did end up doing quite a bit of walking.
Me and Mom have terrible jet lag and we're struggling to get back on our time zone. I've been up all night and day and I'm hoping I can sleep tonight.
Glad to be back nd missed you guys!
See everyone tomorrow!

I did my shoulder exercises this morning.
Drove to my folks for a few days.
Working on some of their paperwork--filing and shredding.
Went to sing Christmas carols this evening. Wonderful! We sang in the lounge at my folk’s retirement center. I was the youngest by about 30 years. So great to see the joy on everyone’s face.

Glad you are back, AK!! I hope the time change gets better soon!!! I know you had a great time!
Hiker.. our service tonight was mostly hymn-singing. It was very plain and it was really nice. Pastor always does a children's sermon that is mostly reading the story of the blessed night.
I have a friend staying here tonight. She's not having a happy Christmas.
Hubby and I will be leaving Thursday morning for our vacay.
MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYONE~!!

Had a wonderful time with my Mom and Josh.
Hope everyone has a merry Christmas!

Had a lovely Christmas dinner with all our children here. Hamballs with pineapple topping, mashed potatoes, saffron noodles, peas & carrots and cranberry salad. Nobody wanted dessert.
Now I'm ready for a nap! I hear some more yawns and they are curling up with pillows & blankets & their devises.
Exchanged our gifts this morning.

What a blessed Christmas. Time with my folks is great and it is sunny and 60 here.
Dinner with prime rib, mashed potatoes, carrots, salad and peppermint ice cream with hot fudge.
Elected to skip the nap and go for a walk for 25 minutes.
Then went down to the fitness room here at the retirement center and did most of my balance exercises.
Will have a snack like supper with appetizers--shrimp, cheese, dates, apple, nuts and maybe one glass of wine.
Merry Christmas!

Sounds like you guys had great Christmases!
Mine was lack-luster, but I'm not complaining.
We leave for my brother's house tomorrow.
Have a Happy New Year, everyone!

Merry Christmas exercise buddies! All I exercised today was my gullet! Made prime rib, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, yeast rolls and Josh made broccoli and cheese.
I'm wiped out so now the plan is to take a couple of rest days, at least that's what I'm hoping for.
See everyone tomorrow!

I did my shoulder exercises this morning.
I went grocery shopping. Resisted the chips! I have to avoid that aisle or I am sunk!
I went to the library and stocked up on books!
This afternoon I went to clinic for balance therapy.
Couch potato time!

Did laundry this afternoon and after supper tonight went out to hang wash on the lines. Its 42 degrees and only a very slight breeze. My fingers were rather chilled!
Hoping to have lots of time to sew tomorrow. Which is partly why I did laundry today. With the short days its hard to get the wash on the lines early enough for it to dry completely.

Still tired but ran errands today and ended up at Josh's to nosh on Mexican take out and watch a movie.
Hiker I'm losing the battle with chips. We have 3 bags here and I made onion dip for Christmas eve and we have to much left over. Chips, dip and cookies are my Kryptonite!
Manna while on vacay recently I hung our clothes out to dry. It's a common practice where we were at and I enjoyed the fresh, clean smell of our laundry.
See everyone tomorrow!

I did my shoulder exercises and balance exercises.
Did a load of laundry. I think my washer is on its last legs. I have to run the spin cycle twice to get the water out. May ask a neighbor to come over and make sure it is balanced as I can't really tell.
I took down some of my Christmas decorations. That is a little early for me, but I put them up right after Thanksgiving. Will take the down the rest before cleaning lady comes on Tuesday.
Have another rip roaring headache after two days of only mild headaches. May ask GP to order an MRI of brain and neck. Will get eyes checked.
If those items don't show anything I will probably need the sinus surgery and remove bone spur in nasal passage and correct deviated septum. Trying to avoid that.
NLIF--Is your wisdom tooth surgery on Monday? Will be praying.
Probably watch a little football tonight and sip peppermint tea. Off to work crossword puzzle now.

Shopped around today but ended up getting Josh part of his BDay gift. Nothing for myself even though I have Christmas cash burning a hole in my pocket.
So walking around the mall for exercise today.
Hiker I sure hope you get some relief from those headaches. I use an anti-snoring nose plug and Nasalcrom to keep my nasal passages open.
Well....I'm still tired and am getting ready for bed. Night all!
