Hi Gang I got the JJ shot and my lyme has got better every since. I am wanting to know if this is the reason I am better or something else I am doing has helped.
I also started taking a iodine supplement and zinc and vitamin C and lots of sunshine and walking. MADDOG

Lots of vitamin c and sunshine helped my hubby feel better. He was also supplementing adrenal support at the time.

Not sure the JJ shot is to be credited for your general well-being. Maybe it triggered your immune system to get busy!
All the other healthful stuff you have been doing have to be so worth it!
Also, good doggie, lots of good sleep - not a hard task for canines - are just as beneficial.

Thank God you're feeling better. I'd think it's the supplements, sunshine and walking. I always feel better outside getting some fresh air, sunshine and exercise.

There are cases of people with long term Covid improving with the vaccine. Who knows, maybe the same could happen with chronic Lyme.
My longest Lyme symptom disappeared after my Pfizer vaccine. Coincidence? Who knows.
Sounds like your healthy lifestyle sure helps.
