Especially want to know how Maddog is getting along, but it would be nice if everyone could check in. I am reminding myself that others have more to deal with than I do. Most of my problems have to do with joints ( especially on rainy days!) and light-headed-ness - or maybe that has to do with my ditsy character. Good to hear how people are doing well - in addition to those pesky problems. -------------------- Ann-OH

Hope Maddog is fine. I, too, have joint pain, Ann. Dealing with plantar fasciitis as well. I have permanent balance issues and neither Eustachian tube works. But life is still good! I get better, then relapse off meds. I’m dealing with herniated disks right now, Arthritis in most joints, knees really hurt. When I’m having a good day, it’s really good. When I’m having a bad day, it’s really bad. Still have LOTS of good days!!!!!! I love looking up at the sky, no matter the weather. 🌏

I'm doing well, except for lower back pain. I thought it was age related arthritis, but when I address infections that are said to be present with lower back pain, I get relief for hours. So, it may be related to LD.

I'm checking in too. My main struggle is with mast cell issues. Have aches and pains from car accidents and a botched 2nd shoulder surgery. Still I'm better now than I was with my Lyme issues. Lyme really attacked my brain and am so blessed to be able to drive, read, watch TV, etc. again. Life is good! -------------------- Do not take this as medical advice. I got a steroid shot in my left thumb lowest joint on Tues. Had one in the same right joint in May and it worked well. X-rays showed arthritis - no news there! Only take Tylenol arthritis strength - can't take ibuprofen. Tylenol doesn't help at all. Anyone got any other OTC treatment for arthritis? Hope we hear from Maddog. -------------------- Ann-OH

Ann—can you take Alleve (naproxen). It may be too similar to ibuprofen but it is my go to pain reliever. -------------------- Hiker53 "God is light. In Him there is no darkness." 1John 1:5
