The Lyme Treatment Foundation will start accepting applications for free grants towards Lyme treatments and diagnosis's starting on February 15th 2023.
Who is eligible to apply for a Lyme Treatment Foundation grant?
- Citizens of Canada, the UK (England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales), Germany, and the United States are eligible to apply. - Applicant must demonstrate true financial need. - Applicant must be diagnosed with a tick-borne illness. - If you have not received a diagnosis, please fill out our application for a testing grant. Learn more at lymetreatmentfoundation.org/testing. - All ages are eligible to apply. - Grant updates will be posted to our website and social media pages.

Grant Information:
- Grant recipients may receive up to $4,000 USD to cover treatment costs with a Lyme literate physician. This includes MDs, DO's, ND's as well as nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. - If you, or your child, are currently seeing a Lyme literate physician, the funds may be sent directly to the current doctor you are seeing. - Grant recipients will be notified via email, so when applying please provide us with an accurate email address and check vour junk email frequently after the grant application closes. You will ONLY receive an email if you are a successful grant applicant.
