Lyme disease expert Dr. Elizabeth Maloney, MD and Mrs. Pat Smith, President Lyme Disease Association, will discuss epidemiology, prevention, testing, diagnosis, treatment, neurological involvement, research and development, persistent infection, co-infections, emerging science, physician education and legislation/ politics. They will be joined by Lyme experts for a "Question and Answer" period giving guests an opportunity to address specific concerns.
A Note from your Hostess: ``Hey, I'm glad you stopped by! This is going to be an amazing forum! It is a gift to my community and our surrounding areas. Doctors, specialists, veterinarians, healthcare providers, educators, local representatives and families are encouraged to come. You will walk away with the truth and you will be able to prevent and protect yourself and your family if you find your loved one facing Lyme disease. I will present a check to the Lyme Disease Association (LDA) from a private donation and the proceeds of the eBay charity auctions of my gown designs. I chose the LDA because they have raised more research funds for a cure for Lyme disease than any government or other organization. I hope you will be encouraged and blessed. I am excited to greet you the evening of the event." Serving the Lord with all of my heart! ~Heather
