Hi folks, The post below is from the Lyme Rights committee. Everyone who is physically able to get to the protest today, PLEASE go. Check out www.lymerights.org for info on protest location in Long Branch, NJ.
If it's impossible to go, then please call today. If we all work on this, we can win.

Made my calls. John Dingall's office did not want to talk to me, they transferred my call to an answering machine. I did get to talk with a person when calling, Rogers, Upton and Stupak offices.
Stupak's office was the nicest since he is a co-sponsor on the Lyme Bill. I thanked him. I hope it helps.
And thank you Ellen and all others who have worked so hard for us!

Getting an answering machine may be a good sign -that they have heard from so many of us they don't want any more. SO KEEP CALLING. Leave a message when you get the ansering machine. This is terrific work the Lyme community is doing.
I get really mad when I hear that we are "inconveniencing" them by tying up their phone lines. Try having Lyme if you want to know what inconvenience is like! Ellen

i called both at 1125 am.
pallone's office got straight thru; they were nice, but i could tell on their voices the strain of MANY PHONE CALLS .... YES!
KENNEDY'S office put me on hold for 2 minutes; 1 guy must have been answering MULTIPLE PHONE LINES. he listened and i hurried it along to 1-1.5 minutes only. i could tell he was relieved; probably had someone else now on hold too!!
