This is the best book I've read on Lyme - so comprehensive. I'm ordering a second book with the Lyme link! Thanks for the link.

Just to refresh this topic, and for those folks who cannot afford to read this comprehensive (yet very readable) book, the author offers a descriptive forward to her book on her website:
If I were king for a day, I would require all US citizens to read this book!
However, I would not want to be the the king of this country the day after everyone read this book!
This book will fill in gaps for even the most Lyme-literate folks in this community. Read it -- and pass it on!

I used the link to get my copy and have mostly gotten through it. Lyme brain makes it so hard for me to read and retain what I read the paragraph before.
But what I can say is that yes, this is definitley a well written and very informative book. I would also recommend it to all, even if you have lyme brain like me and can only comprehend SECTIONS.
