I think, but am not sure, that Pallone's office is getting a bit wise to the game here.

My last two calls they very carefully took my name, stopping me twice to make sure they had the spelling correct. And they were careful to get my address too.

I think they are watching carefully to see if the "flood" of phone calls are coming from just a few of the same people everyday.

In which case, we need to be careful. It would be too easy to write us off as a few obsessed nuts. Instead of the same activists calling everyday, please try to get your friends, family members (preferably with different last names), and others to call.

It can't just be a few of the people doing the work for all of us. They will wise up to that too quickly.

Also, I think calls to other politicians, like our personal senators and congressmen, are equally important now. Pallone's got to get pressure on him from his peers, from outside influences, too.

Not that I want phone calls to Pallone to stop, just that I think we need to watch out lest he decide is just a few of the same 'cranks' everyday, ya know?

Good thought BB. Also note they usually take the info if you are a NJ resident.

Others they don't bother to respond to.

If you aren't from NJ... I would take note.

Also... you can ask IF they are going to do something... and when?

That would be reason to call more than once.

when i made my calls today, i asked each office this...

are you still keeping track of phone calls for each side daily? YES, WE ARE; WE'RE HEARING FROM BOTH SIDES.

each one, well, i'll talk to you again tomorrow; and one of the young men answering new my voice and called me by name!! really sweet fellow.

so, i'll continue to call as i have been doing.

tincup, have you sent their DESIGNATED REP LAURA any emails with FACTUAL LINKS, ETC. to the email i posted last week???

I personally think we have a really good chance there reaching them and especially thru the best YOU TUBE VIDEOS that are short and to the point vs. a long-one that goes on and on.

from what i gathered last week, they DID watch them and were impressed... betty [Smile] [Wink]
