Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the letter sent to IDSA from the CT Attorney General. I need this for my insurance appeals.
All I can find are news reports on it. I would like the letter itself. Thanks

ditto. but looking for it to send to my state's AG to prompt her to write a letter to the IDSA in support of AG Blumenthal the way AG Cuomo (NY) did.

Thanks!

Found something from Lyme Policy Wonk.

http://www.lymedisease.org/news/lymepolicywonk/336.html

Letter is at bottom of this PDF.
Also found as a Link at the bottom of the above policy wonk post.

Copy and paste the following into your browser,
scroll down & you'll see the text of the wonk post and the Blumenthal letter following that.
