Reader's Digest ran an ad for a book (don't know when) and it gave the real facts: http://www.rd.com/advice-and-know-how/getting-tough-with-lyme/article76206.html

There's a place at the bottom of the ad to vote if everybody should read this. When I voted "Yes" it said, "See what the "Must Reads" are now. Maybe it is something we can get everybody to vote on.

Liz,

Even though that Readers Digest article is somewhat "dated".

I voted on it, however not knowing quite WHAT I was voting on....!?

The article has mistakes in it, with even the few lines I read.

I know that most media coverage about our illnesses are few and far between...

I wish they could be more accurate then "Most" of the articles I read.

From someone who has conceivably dealt with these problems since 1950,

(yes, even before it was "SO CALLED DISCOVERED")!

I would welcome the opportunity to somewhere somehow someday give my full accounting of these

problems, including the political arena's we Tickborne diseased persons always encounter.

One way or another.
