In my effort to get better my doctor tested me for vitamin D. I also have a severe deficiency and am now taking 50,000 units twice a week and will be tested again in a month.

In addition, she tested my ANAs which were ellevated and she thinks I have something like Lupus.

My doctor who is fairly young is learning about Lyme.

WOW thats a lot. Be careful. Just one a week dose like that sent me over the edge.

If you suddenly start to get worse consider that it is the D feeding the fury.

She is a beautiful young lady. She is also very fair-skinned and lives in the northeast so she likely doesn't get vit D from sun exposure.

I hope she can reverse this.

It ticks me off to diagnose vitamin D deficiency only,
when they know it is common finding in chronic diseases,
including cancers but never bother to look for the cause,
or research for themselves to find the cause like I had to...Before it is too late..

Completed my first week taking the vit D. No problems, except headaches but I have had those for months now.

Between the vit d, colloidal silver, and mangosteen juice I am feeling much better. My head is a little foggy but my eyes are clear. Knees a little achey but not throbbing like they have been.

Doing much better than I was.
