yes someone posted this summer that their lyme literate neurologist died in a traffic accident. They mention a neurologist�s death here.

If you are referring to the dedication in the editorial, I don't think this is the same man. Here is the one they name, and he is a pathologist.
All I can say is that we seem to have suffered an unusual number of deaths in irreplaceable people in the lyme world. Why is it that worthless people seem to live forever and be rewarded for their lies and incompetence? No wonder people rely on heaven for their reward, since there is no justice on earth.

Yes, Poppy, I ask that very same question. Dr. Weiss' and Dr. Harte's very unusual and untimely passings are truly a loss to our community. And those are the ones I know of. If there have been others, I am sorry to hear of it.
But good always, always triumphs at the end of the day. I really do believe that. We will see the rewards here on earth, and sooner than later. Good people with good intentions always win in the end.
