Kindly think about this notion for one moment.
What better way to demonstrate to both the still largely IDSA-affiliated mainstream medical community and the general public at large (who sadly, through little fault of its own, is still grossly under-educated and misinformed about Lyme/tbd's) that Lyme and other associated tick-borne diseases are extremely important (worth worrying over/a very big deal), than by pushing Dr. H's book to the top of The New York Times National Best Sellers List?
The greater the number of books that folks and friends like us can purchase, the better. Just think of all of the chatter/noise/attention that usually accompanies a book that lands on this acclaimed sales chart; and especially, sits at the top?
And, let's also bear in mind the power that national media attention can have on our cause. Wasn't it only weeks after the CDC went public with their revised Lyme case numbers when Katie Couric taped/aired her segment on Lyme?
So, what do you say that we try to make this a reality, fellow suffering Lymies? With our inherent stick-to-it-tiveness, if there's any group that can do it, than certainly it is us! A real bonus, is that the holiday season -a perfect time for gifting or receiving Dr. H's book- is nearly upon us!
Let's do this! Let's be the ones responsible for launching, 'Why Can't I Get Better'...to the top of The New York Times Best Sellers List!
