I have posted this a long time ago, but since there are so many new people on this board, here it is again. It is a most valuable treatment that really works. We did it for a long time.

DR. KARACK'S OIL THERAPY TREATMENT

Procedure

In the morning before breakfast, on an empty stomach, take 1 tablespoon of cold pressed vegetable oil in the mouth, but do not swallow. Swish the oil around the mouth, "chew It" (Mayr cure) and mix it with your saliva for 10-20 minutes. Then spit it into the toilet bowl.

Chewing activates the enzymes which draw toxins out of the blood. And In 10-15 minutes, the blood from the entire body has had the opportunity to circulate through and around the mouth. After 10-20 minutes the oil should be thinner and white. If it is still yellow, you have not held it in your mouth long enough. (10 minutes the first week is usually sufficient, then increase to 15-20 minutes as you get clearer.)

Immediately brush your gums, teeth, and tongue with warm salt/soda water
1 cup water to 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp soda, or with food grade hydrogen peroxide diluted in water. Then gargle and spit with the remaining salt/soda water. It is also helpful to tip the cup under the nose and gently sniff up the water to clean the nasal passages. Then gently blow the nose.
The sink should be cleaned afterward because the saliva contains harmful bacteria and toxic bodily waste.

Repeat this procedure two to three times a day, before meals, on an empty stomach. Continue this procedure until you are healthy I (few weeks to years...).

Discussion

This procedure has been helpful to curative in almost every disease or dysfunctional immune state that Dr. Karack has encountered.
We have found the same amazing results. especially in patients who are detoxing their petroleum solvents. Remember that petroleum solvents are lipophilic and will readily be absorbed into the oil. Additionally, the toxic metals/minerals form soap complexes with the oil, and can then be easily eliminated through spitting.

1 Best Is Omegaflo sunflower by Omega Nutrition.
2 Sesame oil only needs to be held In mouth 3 minutes and Is also very good

This oil technique has also had a major effect on chronic, severely toxic patients. Although neural therapy is excellent for a mild to moderate toxic tonsil focus, severely damaged tonsils can often be saved from surgery with the addition of Dr. Karack's technique. And since the tonsils are the first filtering system in the body for orally ingested toxins, this treatment helps boost everyone's immune system functioning through increased lymphatic cleansing of that area. Remember, too, that even If you have had a tonsillectomy, the lymphatics in the tonsil area are still trying to function as a filter, and neutralize ingested toxins and manufactured microbes in the oral cavity.

Do this one!

Canola oil is probably the worst oil to use in general for any purpose. Take a look at the post I did on this site the other day about which oils benefit us the most. You might want to do a search under my name.
If you read the article, Sunflower oil is suggested.

I am not sure - I think Dr. Karack was or is from one of the Eastern European countries. No, there is no website. It's an almost ancient recipe - I have known about it for many years. We carry at least a couple of hundred undesirable bacteria in the mouth -- so it helps in any case.

If you can't handle a tablespoon full - start with a teaspoon full. Sit back and relax and "pull" it back and forth, back and forth through your teeth. Don't stand by the wash basin doing it, because you tend to do it not long enough. Take these few minutes out of your life and get rid of some of these critters!!!! You will cut down on the being-sick time. Follow the description exactly.

Do not swallow it!!!! Most bacteria/parasites are in the mouth in the AM and then move down again into the gut. (That's one reason so many people have the need to "clear" their throat in the bathroom when getting up in the morning.) Do it - clear it out - so they do not recycle again and again through the system.

Use only "cold pressed" oil -

Hello,

Has anyone used olive oil?

I have the cold pressed olive oil here and would like to know if this would work just as well as the other oils?

thanks,

Trish

Sesame oil has a very high content of linoleic acid, perhaps linolenic acid, and relatively smaller amounts of other organic acids.
The triple and double bonds in the oils mentioned above probably(a guess) have something to do with the response, since they serve functional roles as opposed to structural roles in the body.

Olive oil probably does little, if anything, as I think it has a neglible amount of the two essential fatty acids mentioned above. So, this may not work for this reason.

Check a site that lists the fatty acid content of oils.

At the risk of sounding extremely stupid - What the heck is "cold-pressed" oil? I don't know what the word "cold-pressed" means. Are you talking about that stuff that comes in a can, that is solid, and to use it you spoon it out? Actually, I didn't think you could get this type except in veg oil. That stuff I have for cooking doesn't say anything about it on the can. But guess I can get it from a health food store?

OK, go ahead, you all can start making fun of me now.

GiGi,

Thanks for passing this info on to us! You have some super posts. I read a lot that you refer to, but when I try to do a search they do not always appear.

Please keep "re-posting" for us "newbies" when you feel so inclined!

Thanks,

Maggie

For those of us who may not know what "cold pressed" is here is a snippet and GiGi can fill us in if she has anything to add.

``Cold-pressed Oils

True cold-pressed oils are produced by mechanically "squeezing" the oil out under pressure. They are claimed to be superior to regular oils which are extracted using heat or solvents.

Cold-pressed oils have a stronger fruity flavour and they are believed to contain more anti-oxidants such as vitamin E and phenols, although there is great variability.

Like wine, cold-pressed oils need to stored in a cool dark place otherwise they tend to turn rancid or go "off" easily.''
http://www.carb-lite.au.com/infoils.html

Guidelines for buying good healthy oils:

1. Always "first cold pressed" from a reliable producer, not a refinery.

2. Certified organic if possible.

3. Always in dark ( green, brown or blue ) glass bottles. Never in clear glass bottles.

4. Oils should taste delicious: fresh, clean, rich. Trust your taste.

Gigi,
I wonder if this would work with virgin Coconut oil?
Or Carlson's lemon flavored fish oil?

Carol, The therapy was developed and successful with the use of sunflower or sesame oil.

Suggest you use only organic cold-pressed Sunflower Oil (Omega Nutrition has one).
Sesame Oil (Organic and cold pressed) needs to be held in mouth only 3 minutes and is also very good.

You need only as much as you can comfortably hold and "chew" in the mouth - so a bottle goes a long way. I would not change it. This is what works.

Organic coconut oil is wonderful for cooking, etc., but I would not use it here.
Fish Oil is great and a necessity for brain function.

Robi, knowing what you are going through these days, I would highly recommend you do it as soon as you can. It clears a lot of stuff out before it has a chance to move into the lower body regions - why wait? You don't have to fight it any other place if you get it out before you swallow the toxin.
If it has a chance to move lower, you are going to have to work much harder to get it out of the body again. It works.

Take care.
