posted 09 April, 2006 05:05 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was diagnosed 10 years ago with MS and then a year ago a new doctor felt I had been misdiagnosed and tested me for lyme. Test came back positive. Have treated symptoms with natural means and rife machine. I feel great but losing more mobility in legs and also balance (gait) problems worsening. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms and if so what has helped to improve your symptoms? I had my first symptom when I was 17 (optic neuritis) and did not have any other symptoms until I was 46 which consisted of gait problem and leg stiffness occasionally. Has anyone taking antibiotics seen improvements in similar symptoms? I believe I received lyme through utero. Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has similar situation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posts: 1 | From: united states | Registered: May 2005 | IP: Logged

Batics, you'll find many similar stories here. The best advice I can give right now is to continue reading the board. There's mountains of info here to help you.

Yes,there is alot of information and support here..I do have similar symptoms plus others of course, however th importance of having a knowledgeable lyme dr. cannot be stressed enough. And the tests you take should be the best..ie; Igenex. Different abx's treat various infections and co-infections ,so the guidance of a good dr is so important..PLUS being a part of this forum..There is a plethora of knowledge and warm comfort here. Good luck on your journey..
